The following statements are reputed to have been said by children, and I am sure some of you will have similar anecdotes about what children have said.

The Bible According to Kids...

1. "Samson slayed the Philistines with the Axe of the Apostles."
2. "The fifth commandment is to Humour thy father and mother."
3. "The seventh commandment is thou shalt not admit adultery."
4. "The greatest miracle in the Bible is when Joshua told his son to stand still and he obeyed him."
5. "Solomon, one of David's sons, had 300 wives and 700 porcupines."
6. "When Mary heard she was the mother of Jesus, she sang the Magna Carta."
7. "Jesus enunciated the Golden Rule, which says, to do one to others, before they do one to you."
8. "The Epistles were the wives of the Apostles."
9. "A Christian should only have one wife, this is called Monotony."
10. "St. Paul cavorted to Christianity. He preached Holy Acrimony, which is also another name for Marriage."
